I recently stayed at Albergue El Castillo during my Camino de Santiago journey. The owners greeted me with warmth and made me feel right at home. The albergue was impeccably clean and peaceful, with a beautiful patio featuring a fig tree. I was even invited to enjoy as many figs as I wanted! The communal dining area was lovely, and the kitchen and hand washing facilities were very convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at a conveniently located hostel close to the Camino de Santiago. The host was friendly and the property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The garden was a peaceful oasis and the dogs were well-behaved. The washing machine was also available for a small fee. I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

One minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi only worked in the entrance room, which was not the most comfortable place to spend time. Another small inconvenience was that the top bunks of the bunk beds only had one small rail, making it difficult for my friends to sleep comfortably.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for my money at this albergue. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to the plaza and town. The staff treated me like family, always with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything I needed.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

Great view and cozy atmosphere. The outside seating area offers a stunning view. The beds were comfy and had really cushy blankets.

The top bunks only have one small rail, making it uncomfortable for my friends who slept there. Also, the Wi-Fi only works in the entrance room, which is not comfortable or light enough to spend time in.

The location couldn't be better, with the plaza and town just a short walk away. the albergue offers a quick check-in process and the hosts are friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions. the towels and bed linen provided were of top quality, adding to the comfort of the stay.

The tiles in the bathroom could use a bit of cleaning, and it would have been nice to have a kettle with some coffee and tea available.

The value for money at this hostel was exceptional and my room was cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent and the staff treated me like family.

For breakfast, it would have been great to have more variety in terms of protein options.

I had a wonderful and cozy stay at a hidden gem in Villafranca. The albergue had a stunning view from the outside seating area, and the hosts were very welcoming. The beds were comfy and came with cushy blankets, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite the small rail issue on the top bunks, the overall comfort was top-notch. The bathroom tiles could have used some cleaning, but it didn't overshadow the convenience of this albergue. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in town, and the host's recommendations were spot-on. The towels and bed linen provided were of excellent quality, further enhancing the convenience of my stay. I highly recommend this albergue for its cozy atmosphere, stunning view, and accommodating hosts.
